Kindly educate yourself with our cancellation policy for hassle free cancellation process.
Order cancellation in valid only for 45 minutes after you place your order. An email within 45 Minutes will be considered as a cancellation request.
Only orders which have not been shipped from our warehouse can be cancelled. Merchandise if shipped CANNOT be cancelled.
To cancel an order kindly drop in a request with order reference number or invoice copy by email to texvibeint@gmail.com
In such cases money will be refunded to you within 48 to 72 business hours after the cancellation request is approved by Texvibe team. However, it may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
There are zero cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse. But if the order has been already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
