Exchange Policy

 In case of merchandise is having a defect or wrong shipment is dispatched kindly send us images of the incorrect/defective product to texvibeint@gmail.com
 The exchange request for defective merchandise will be valid only for 3 days after delivery. We will only accept unused merchandise that too if your exchange request is approved by our Texvibe team.
 The Texvibe team will inspect the case and get back to you with next steps of the exchange process (if the request is eligible for exchange).
 Do mention your order details with invoice copy or order number on texvibeint@gmail.com
 Depending on your location, the time for your exchanged product to be delivered to you may vary.
 Kindly note, we will only exchange merchandise with stock available, in case of unavailability of stock, a different merchandise of same value will be provided in exchange. There is no monetary refund (Non-Negotiable).

Late or Missing Refunds (due to payment failure, if applicable)

Having issue with payment failure we are here to help. These typically happen due to an issue between your bank and the payment partner on our website. However, almost always, the transactions are rightfully fixed, without any intervention required. This entire process is known to take 7-8 working days.
• If you haven’t received a refund post this timeframe, kindly check your bank account again.
• If not updated then contact your bank.
• There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
