Shipping Policy

 Once you place your order with us, the product goes through a final round of quality check. After the inspection, the order is packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

 All standard orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders will be delivered to you in 6-10 working days after dispatch.

 When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include tracking number you can use it to check status. Kindly, allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 You can also check your order status by logging in to the Texvibe.net and click on "My Orders Menu".

 Shipping will be free on all prepaid orders above Rs.1499. A flat Rs.50 charge is applicable for all prepaid orders below Rs.1499.

 Rs.100 extra will be charged on all Cash on Delivery orders.


 Our delivery partner will contact you on contact details provided to Texvibe during registration/checkout process. Kindly, mention precise contact details.

 In case of your unavailability, multiple attempts will be made to contact you for the delivery of your order by our trusted delivery partner. Failing to receive an order will result in your order being returned to our warehouse.
